Additional Details
This is the most flexible of all of the CLI programs. Instead of an in-person, classroom session, the learning content for this program is delivered online. This entails watching course videos, reviewing information, and participating in online discussions with your cohort and facilitator. Additionally, every Tuesday there are 1-hour online sessions with the group and a facilitator to discuss the material and debrief leadership assessments. While there are specific deadlines for assignments, the format enables you to log in and complete your work at a time that is most convenient for you.
The Key Leadership Challenge in our programs is an exciting opportunity for you to apply your learning in real-time to a significant issue you are facing in your current role. This challenge provides a platform for participants to gain deeper insights into their leadership style, navigate complex systems, and drive meaningful change.
You will work on this challenge throughout the program week, receiving support, guidance from CLI community mentors, and your cohort peers. This hands-on approach not only enhances learning, but also contributes directly to improving health equity in your communities.
By taking on the Key Leadership Challenge, participants will not only grow as leaders, but also make a tangible impact in their field. It's an incredible opportunity for those looking to level up their leadership skills and make a difference in their communities. Following the completion of the program, you'll be a part of the growing CLI Community where you'll be able to collaborate with others working toward a more equitable Colorado.
