All Programs Include:
Upon selection for the Collective Leadership Initiative (CLI), participants embark on an immersive learning journey. The journey encompasses six distinct programs, each catering to different community needs.
MyTime to Lead
Participate in a mostly virtual and independent way with access to training content through the CCL Leadership Accelerator (CLA). You will engage with the facilitator and cohort peers across Colorado virtually and on your own time.

BreakThrough Barriers
Created for senior leaders in community-based health organizations who are looking to grow personally, expand their impact, contribute to health equity in their communities, and "breakthrough" current challenges.

AllHands in Northeast Colorado
Emerging leaders from rural communities in Northeast Colorado. Focus on unique regional health equity issues, strengthen partnerships, and apply social power to drive change for improved outcomes in their communities. Ideal choice for those seeking to enhance their leadership skills and make a significant impact on health equity in their rural communities.

MakeSpace for Us
Community activists or advocates for underrepresented groups across Colorado communities wanting to strengthen partnerships to achieve health equality and "make space" for others while enhancing leadership capabilities.

Program Week: June 2 - 6, 2025
Format: Five day in-person intensive
Commitment: 2-4 hours for onboarding
Interpretation and translation services for Spanish-speaking individuals.
SpotLight on Policy & Advocacy
Come together with a cohort of peers who are actively working to make policy changes. Together you will focus on addressing a single health equity barrier and will equip you with the understanding and skills to navigate the social and political landscape, align on actionable priorities, and apply social power to drive systemic health improvements.

SpotLight on Housing Justice
Connect with other individuals working in roles that promote housing justice to “spotlight” health equity barriers pertaining to the housing industry in Colorado communities, specifically highlighting impacts to BIPOC communities.
