The accessibility of that program.

Like I as a single mother um

would have not been able to attend this

you know this program

but they had you know an online learning module

they had an online setup for you know

us to work together with our teams

and it made it really accessible

for me. My biggest take away is

is learning from that and

the processes and programs that

we're developing in our non-profit to

really considering accessibility.

How are we gonna make this access

uh accessible for the people who need it?

Coming from a low-income background

you know I've dealt with homelessness

I've dealt with you know

food insecurity and uh

instability in my life and in those times in my life

I gave up and I I stepped back and said

you know there's no way for me to attain

rising up to

the potential that I thought that I had within myself.

There's no way for me to attain that.

I don't have the network. I don't have

you know um

the support or the know-how.

I don't have the knowledge

and what I would say to other people is that

you know don't give up.
