Transcript of video:

I think one of the biggest takeaways for me is actually

um the importance of making a safe space.

Recognizing that in any space that I enter

I have to make a conscious

effort to ensure that the people around me feel safe.

That comes with more opportunity for community building

more opportunity for connections.

Going through the program initially

there was a lot of difficulty

in being asked to be vulnerable,

being asked to lean in. I think for us as a society

it's very difficult to show that like

level of vulnerability among strangers.

So that was the initial um

I think challenge.

For future participants that wanna join this program,

that wanna participate,

be prepared to look deep in the mirror.

While being prepared to challenge yourself

be prepared to be vulnerable.

Not only with those around you

but be vulnerable with yourself.

This is a challenge in that

you really have to understand

that this is a learning opportunity

and this is for your betterment.

This will make you a better human being in the long run.

Not just a professional and not just as a parent,

a son, a sibling.

Whatever that may be,

whatever role you have in your reality

it's you know

this will make you a better human being for those around you.

And one other thing I'd say to everyone is

trust the process.

There's gonna be moments of uncertainty

but just know that you're in good hands.
